OUR CHURCH is a Baptist church by conviction and a biblicist church by principle and doctrine. As an Independent Baptist church, we are not affiliated with any particular Baptist denomination or ruling body. This has always been the case, an Independent Baptist Church is not a break away from any other Baptist affiliation, neither from the Baptist Union. As an Independent church we vote to support our own missionaries, select our own leaders, and support institutions that believe as we believe. In short, our church answers to Jesus Christ rather than a denominational body. The Bible is our church manual, with absolute and final authority over everything our church does within or without the church. There are many Independent Baptist Churches here in New Zealand, and thousands more throughout the world.

Calvary Baptist Church in Whangarei is a independent, fundamental, mission-minded local church. Our primary purpose is to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ. Our Church actively supports mission works in New Zealand and around the world through faith-promise missions giving and prayer support. Our Independent Baptist church is made up of everyday people like you - Mums and Dads, Kids and Teens (and recycled teens!) - who have found something in life that really matters - Jesus Christ. We have discovered His amazing grace and the peace in life that comes through knowing him! Of course, we understand that many people in Blenheim have never entered a church building before or perhaps are uncomfortable with talking about God and spiritual matters. We believe that Community Independent Baptist Church has something special to offer to the people of Dunedin. We would love to have you to visit with us. We offer a friendly, family-oriented church where you will always receive a warm welcome. Our desire is, by God's grace, to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind and to demonstrate that love by obeying His Word. Our ministry is centered in teaching and preaching the Word of God effectively and pointing men to God's Truth and thereby strengthening believers in their daily Christian life. We practice our Lord's command to preach the Gospel to every person, both locally in Dunedin and also abroad through our missions program, urging people to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as their personal Saviour. Shane Montgomery and his wife, Debi have been in the ministry since 1990. In 1988, he transferred to Burlington, Vermont as manager of a software engineering department and they became active at Trinity Baptist Church in Williston, Vermont under Pastor David Stertzbach.   Shane finished his Masters Degree in Theology in 1991 through Bethany Theological Seminary in Dothan, Alabama.  It was in March, 1990, that the Lord called them to New Zealand as missionaries.  They began deputation in September, 1990 when Shane left his job.  They visited 180 churches in the next 18 months and the Lord provided their needed support and their permanent visa to New Zealand. They left Rotorua Bible Baptist Church in 2005 to start Casa Grande Baptist Church in Casa Grande Arizona USA.  They served at Rotorua Bible Baptist Church for over twelve years (1993 to 2005), and saw the Lord do great things. In 2015 Rotorua Bible Baptist Church asked Pastor Montgomery to return and he rejoined as senior pastor Feb 2016.

Family camp - Every summer our church sets aside 4 days to get away and have fun together and get to know each other better, in a camp setting with a multitude of activities. During that time we also have the preaching of God’s Word to help us also grow spiritually.

Singapore Bible Baptist Church is an independent, Bible preaching, Bible practising, soul winning, missions minded church.

Pastor Ter was led to Christ by a deacon after an evening service at Singapore Bible Baptist Church (SBBC) on the 21st of August 1977 and was baptized and added to the Church on the 6th of November that same year. Eight months later, he was accepted by SBBC as a voluntary staff. His role involved interpreting and teaching in the newly founded ministry to the hearing impaired. There he was introduced to Sister Jessie who was the pioneer of that new ministry. Not long after that both of them were blissfully wedded and in time, became parents to a tribe of eleven children. In May 1987, Pastor Ter was commissioned as a missionary by Shalom Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Wee. He was then sent out to start his first mission work in Penang Island, Malaysia, where it continues to this day.

We are a KJV Bible Believing Church, 1.5 years mission work located on depressed areas, still keep on serving the LORD.
